Product information and pricing
Product descriptions, availability and indicative pricing are provided in good faith and may change with season, harvest volumes and market conditions. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; a supply contract is formed only once a written quotation is confirmed by both parties.
Enquiries and orders
Enquiries submitted through our forms are a request for information. We will confirm specifications, grade, quantity, lead time and payment terms in writing before any order proceeds.
Quality and delivery
We supply to the quality standard and delivery schedule agreed in the confirmed order. Any claim relating to quality or quantity should be raised in writing within the period stated in that order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oroic Agribusiness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
